has recently developed and instituted a
Custom Reagent Test Program
which provides optimized metallurgical performance for a customer's particular ore by finding the best combination of reagents and chemicals. Based on the knowledge that no two ore deposits are identical, thereby not necessarily having the same reagent requirements, a successful test program can develop a reagent that is specific to a particular mine and no other.
A typical
Custom Reagent Test Program
would start at
TRTA
where multiple test sets are performed to find a combination of reagents suited to give optimum performance. After TRTA completes this initial test work, a report is presented to our customer. Should the customer feel that these results show promise, the test work is taken to the next level and is continued on-site.
A plant trial is recommended if the on-site results continue to show promise. A successful plant trial would then warrant regular usage of this new reagent thereby adding it to Prospec Chemicals list of
Specialty Collectors
